At ISAMAYA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your artistic tools; however, due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original ISAMAYA packaging, ensuring the outer shipping box is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return for hygiene compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
